Disclaimer of Accuracy: Batch Nexus utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI engines. Digibution, LLC does not guarantee the factual accuracy, reliability, or completeness of intelligence reports, ad copy, or data generated by the Swarm Agents. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before deployment.
Access to Batch Nexus requires an active subscription after the initial 14-day free trial period.
The platform allows you to securely store third-party credentials (e.g., OpenAI, Meta Ads, Twilio API keys) within the API Vault.
In no event shall Digibution, LLC, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business revenue, or account suspensions on third-party platforms (such as Meta or Google) triggered by automated agent activity.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
