Batch Nexus ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Digibution, LLC, provides B2B AI swarm orchestration, supply chain assistance, and automated outreach. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and protect user data across our web application (app.batchnexus.com) and mobile platform.

2. Information We Collect

• Account & Identity Data: Email addresses and login credentials collected via Firebase Authentication for account access and authentication.
• Voice & Audio Streams: Microphone audio recorded via the app for real-time voice streaming and AI processing (e.g., Nexus Live Voice Assistant).
• Business & CRM Data: Uploaded CSV files, contact names, company records, and campaign prompts.
• Device & Technical Diagnostics: Standard browser metadata, operating system details, and session state logs.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data collected is used strictly to provide core platform functions:

• Executing automated email, SMS, and ad campaigns.
• Providing real-time voice and task assistance through integrated AI models.
• Maintaining account security, subscription tier verification, and session state.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

We do not sell personal data. We transfer necessary payloads to secure enterprise service providers solely for system operations:

• Google Cloud & Firebase: Authentication, Firestore databases, and serverless compute.
• AI Providers: Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs for real-time inference.
• Communications: Twilio for SMS dispatch and SendGrid/SMTP relays for email delivery.

5. Account & Data Deletion

To request full data deletion, submit an email request to jasonturner@digibution.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. All associated records will be permanently purged within 30 days.
